Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ordnrystore.com before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

    • Used items

    • Items damaged due to misuse

    • Final sale items
